Wildflower Westies

Every Westie owner has a story with a similar thread. Once you have been seared with those 'soulful eyes', no other breed will do! And so it was with my first Westie. Knowing there was nothing resembling a 'lap dog' in the family pet, I knew I also had the spot to raise this terrier with so much heart. Our home is surrounded by 80 acres of farmland, so our dogs have a wonderful environment to play, run, swim and hunt and be around people - in other words, they are "Westies being Westies". The pups are home raised and socialized so that being handled and being exposed to all the noises and goings on of home life are imprinted on them from their start. This makes transitioning to their new homes that much easier. When they are old enough, they come to 'work' with me in my gardening business.  It's a great life for a dog (and for me!) and they are happy and healthy.
